Julia Bialy
About me
Julia Bialy is a staff attorney in Barnes & Thornburg’s Labor and Employment Department. She supports employers in navigating employment-based immigration and workforce compliance matters, helping clients manage complex regulatory requirements efficiently and strategically.
Julia has significant experience handling high-volume business immigration matters, including PERM labor certifications, H-1B and L-1 petitions, O-1 visas, and other employment-based filings. She works closely with attorneys and corporate stakeholders to analyze eligibility, assess compliance considerations, and prepare detailed petitions and supporting documentation in accordance with evolving federal regulations. Her practice includes conducting legal and factual research, reviewing documentation for regulatory compliance, and communicating procedural requirements and timelines clearly to clients.
